With over 125,000 volunteer hours of construction work, WOW now has a handicap accessible 8' wide boardwalk up the side of a 12,300' mountain near Kenosha Pass. This gives wheelchair access to our mobility impaired citizens, so that they can enjoy the wilderness, fish for trout in a mountain stream, camp in 13 especially constructed campsites, or reserve either of the two mountain-side cabins suitable for wheelchairs. All facilites are provided free of charge by volunteers and supporters.
